Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us.  You can contact us anytime via email and we would make sure to respond within 24 hours. We are also available at your service from 8:30am to 6:30pm on Monday through Friday. You can contact us through our number at (469) 388-5312.

 

Shipping Policy:

We understand you are excited about your order, so we make sure to ship your item in 1 business day after the payment has been cleared, if purchased from Monday to Friday. If the payment clears on Saturday or Sunday, please allow for a business day to pass.

A tracking number and confirmation email will be sent via email. Please make sure the address is correct before completing your order.

Please keep in mind that we do NOT ship to Puerto Rico, internationally, or to military bases.

 

Return Policy:

If the item received is damaged or defective, we are happy to refund or replace the item, within 30 days of placing the order. If we have the item in stock, then we can issue a replacement; if not, then we will issue a refund for the product. You can choose any one of the options.

If you would like an exchange or replacement, please contact customer service at (469) 388-5312. We will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.   

Please keep in mind that if the item is received damaged or not according to our description, then we will cover the shipping cost on our end. But if there is nothing wrong with the product, and the customer wishes to return the item, then the customer will have to cover the shipping cost.
